Clare Jeffries - BSc (Hons) NT

Clare had a strong interest in health and nutrition for many years, which led her to complete a three year Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster, one of Europe’s premier training facilities for complementary therapies. This training covered a full range of health science subjects, clinical therapeutics, and over 300 hours of supervised clinical practice in the University Polyclinic.

Prior to becoming a Nutritional Therapist, Clare spent over a decade working in the Finance Departments of various legal firms in London. This time provided her with a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide variety of people and has proven invaluable in enabling her to understand the pressures and lifestyles of busy professionals and working parents alike.

Clare also has an association with CPAP Europe, a company specialising in providing CPAP equipment to sleep apnoea sufferers. Consequently, she has gained a wealth of knowledge on this sleep condition and its effects on the body, along with the various treatment options.

Clare is a full member of British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), is approved by the NHS Directory for Complementary & Alternative Practitioners, and holds Professional Indemnity Insurance. As part of her Continued Professional Development, she regularly attends scientific seminars at the cutting edge of nutritional medicine to stay abreast of latest developments in order to provide the best advice available.
