"After a year on solid food my 18-month old daughter was still having at least 6 daily bowel movements, often more. She was also prone to pick up any bug, cough and cold going. "At 42 years old, my doctor identified high blood pressure and I was immediately advised in the strongest possible terms that I should start a course of medication. Whilst I initially followed this advice, I soon felt lethargic and uncomfortable with controlling my health, with a long term drug program and decided to do something about this for myself.
