Specialist in Functional Medicine and nutrition

I'm an experienced, Registered Nutritionist & fully Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner based in Cobham, Surrey. I have helped hundreds of clients, from burnt out city workers to tired mums, parents who are struggling with their child's health or eating behaviours to elderly people with multiple health problems and medications. I'm also mum to two great (mostly!) boys, now 16 and 14 years old, one of whom taught me lots about dealing with a fussy eating & problem sleepers!

I love working with children and teenagers, their honesty and how they always surprise me and sometimes their parents with what they have to say about their health problem or why they are not keen on eating certain foods. My goal is always to gain their trust and get them engaged in the advice I'm giving so they are keen to put it into action! I find most children love to hear about how their bodies work and why what they are eating might be helpful or not helpful, all with a healthy dose of fun & humour! However, I know that some children will not find it easy to make dietary changes and I'm realistic that few families manage to have a perfect diet all of the time including my own family!
